📋 Description

• As a Technical Writer at LGI Healthcare Solutions, you’ll play a key role in helping healthcare professionals get the most out of our software by creating clear, accurate, and engaging documentation. • You’ll collaborate closely with our product teams and use innovative AI tools like ChatGPT to craft content that evolves with each software release—making complex information simple, accessible, and impactful. • Your day to day will consist of supporting our Product teams by writing, reviewing, and translating the technical documentation to support our client’s use of our software. • This includes collaborating with the product team to understand the software development process and work within the release cycle to ensure the documentation is updated relative to the software improvements with each release.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years of technical writing and translation experience • Experience documenting software products • Strong communication and interpersonal skills that foster effective teamwork in a hybrid or remote setting. • Ability to work remotely and in either the Montreal-area or Quebec City-area offices • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment. • Mastery of MS Office Suite • Experience working with structured content in a CCMS (Paligo an asset) • Demonstrated ability to use AI-assisted writing and documentation tools to improve clarity, consistency, and efficiency in content creation. • Openness to experiment with emerging AI technologies to enhance documentation quality and team productivity. • Experience with translation software Trados (asset) • Experience with web documentation (asset) • This position must be bilingual as you will be responsible for working with documentation in both French and English and communicating, orally and in writing, with both French-speaking and English-speaking partners/clients/suppliers/colleagues.
