📋 Description

• Validate and analyze A/B tests to assess feature performance, user engagement, and design effectiveness, delivering clear, actionable recommendations. • Conduct in-depth analysis using Python to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive product innovation and strategic decisions. • Work closely with product managers and domain experts to understand business goals and translate them into analytical outcomes. • Build and present reports and dashboards that clearly communicate insights to stakeholders and support data-driven decision-making. • Identify opportunities to optimize products and enhance data collection and analysis processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong statistical analysis skills and experience with A/B testing methodologies. • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Data Analyst. • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, and proficiency in programming languages such as Python. • Proficiency in using SQL • Familiarity with BI tools, preferably with Power BI. • Upper-intermediate English level. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
