📋 Description

• Providing exceptional customer service to students and university employees, primarily over the phone and email • Expertly navigating all student issues to complete accurate resolutions • Answering complex questions regarding the University’s policies • Developing relationships and coordinating with support offices to solve student problems • Finding innovative ways to improve student services • Implementing feedback from the Management Team • Meeting or exceeding departmental key performance indicators

🎯 Requirements

• Some college experience • Customer service/sales experience required • Bachelor's degree preferred • Previous experience in a contact center preferred • Ability to work first/second shifts and rotating Saturdays • Ability to utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to respond to emails and phone calls within 24 hours • Ability to reason, analyze information, and identify potential issues • Ability to apply sound judgment in order to find solutions to solve problems
