📋 Description

• Identify new artists for representation using platforms such as Spotify, Google, YouTube, social media, and our contact finder app. • Add and maintain leads in the CRM, ensuring data is accurate and up-to-date. • Set up and execute initial pitches for artists using our pitch deck. • Serve as a point of contact for artists, guiding them through the PR process when needed. • Collaborate with Sales team members to provide leads and report to management. Coordinate and schedule meetings for the Sales team. • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with artists. • Educate yourself on press, radio, playlisting, and TikTok strategies for artists. • Maintain organized and detailed records of artist contacts, leads, and statuses.
