📋 Description

• Lead preparation of quarterly and annual global tax provisions under IFRS • Manage quarterly tax reconciliations, transfer pricing policies, and foreign tax returns • Support US and international tax compliance, reporting, and planning • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, and Legal on tax strategy • Contribute to building scalable tax processes, controls, and long-range tax roadmaps • Provide support for audits and tax documentation requests • Report to the Senior Director of Tax & Treasury and manage at least one direct report

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on tax professional with expertise in provisions, transfer pricing, and international tax • Experience managing tax complexities for multinational companies • IFRS knowledge is important; CPA or equivalent a plus (but not required) • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive process improvements • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills

🏖️ Benefits

• Base Salary: $160K – $200K • Bonus: 10–15% • Equity: Meaningful upside • Location: Fully Remote (US-based) with option to work from the Bay Area office if preferred
