• Provide competent, solution-oriented support to managers and employees • Handle a variety of HR-related tasks in personnel administration • Independently perform full, accurate and timely payroll processing for a defined group of employees • Support the development of new concepts and methods to implement a future-oriented HR policy • Actively contribute to the development and optimization of efficient HR processes
• Completed degree in business administration/economics with a focus on human resources, or an equivalent qualification • Several years of professional experience in complex HR work, including comprehensive payroll processing • Solid knowledge of an HR IT system, ideally P&I Loga • Extensive experience in personnel administration • Very good knowledge of labor/employment law, social security, tax law and collective bargaining/tariff law • Strong service orientation, pronounced social skills and ability to work in a team • Independent, responsible and solution-oriented working style
