• Learn the end-to-end bi-weekly payroll process and take ownership of it. • Build custom BI reports, utilize SQL for data extraction, and design data dashboards to support HR and Finance decision-making. • Troubleshoot payroll issues in close collaboration with the People and Finance department. • Assist in maintaining the UKG HRIS system data integrity. • Ad hoc project assignments as time allows.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field. • Strong interest in numbers, root cause analysis, and tax work. • A strong work ethic, including the ability to act with discretion and treat all sensitive information as confidential. • Ability to analyze data and synthesize research into a polished, completed product. • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with a Human Resources Information System (HRIS). • Demonstrated professionalism and integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information. • Technical Requirements: Proficiency in SQL and data querying techniques. • Experience or strong interest in Business Intelligence (BI) tools, automation scripts and report building. • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
