📋 Description

• Monitor licensing and construction permit processes with U.S. city halls and public agencies; • Monitor permits; • Liaise with responsible agencies; • Update clients on the progress of processes; • Maintain operational spreadsheets and performance indicators; • Professional development opportunities through training in plan reading and preparation of basic technical drawings.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture; • Fluent English; • Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; • Experience with GoHighLevel or other CRMs is a plus; • Comfortable working with numbers, controls, reports, and metrics; • Analytical, organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven profile; • Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting; • Good communication skills for interaction with clients, city halls, and public agencies.
