📋 Description
• Conocer en profundidad todos los servicios y productos relevantes de la compañía. • Buscar y contactar a nuevos clientes a través de llamadas telefónicas, correos electrónicos y mensajería instantánea a fin de vender nuestros productos y servicios. • Mantener comunicaciones que cumplan con los requisitos y parametros de calidad aprobados por la compañia. • Mantener un registro de todos los contactos con los clientes en nuestra CRM. • Realizar un analisis de mercado junto con los clientes para generar y sostener su interes.
🎯 Requirements
• Conocimientos de trading (DESEABLE) • Conocimientos en mercados internacionales y criptomonedas. • Buena oratoria: habilidad para hablar en público y buena redaccion de textos con claridad. • Conocimientos de MS Office, Salesforce, OLAP. • Ser una persona responsable, proactiva y enfocada en resultados. • Capacidad de aprendizaje rápido y adaptación para trabajar bajo presión. • Alto grado de atención al detalle, organización, planificación y disciplina. • Tener una red de contactos propia (no excluyente)
