• Acquire, engage, and retain clients through personalised financial planning. • Conduct detailed financial needs analyses and develop tailored strategies. • Promote and sell a range of financial products (risk, investment, retirement, and funeral cover). • Deliver ongoing service and portfolio reviews to ensure client satisfaction. • Adhere to FAIS and FSCA regulations at all times. • Manage client onboarding, documentation, and compliance through LifeCheq’s digital platform. • Maintain accurate client records and uphold regulatory and company standards. • Consistently meet and exceed growth and retention targets.
• NQF Level 5 qualification in Financial Planning & RE5 Accreditation (essential) • 1–3 years’ experience as a Financial Adviser or in financial services sales • Proven record of achieving sales and growth targets • Clear criminal and credit record • Own reliable transport • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
