• 5-10 years of experience in a Product/UX Designer role, with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles. • Portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work, from research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI design. • Solid knowledge of Figma and modern design collaboration tools. • Team spirit; strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders. • Proficiency in articulating and presenting design decisions, backed by research and data. • Experience in an Agile environment, working closely with cross-functional teams. • A problem-solving mindset and the ability to balance user needs with business objectives. • Good time-management skills. • Experience in the fintech industry is a bonus but not required.
