📋 Description

• Deliver compliant and impactful virtual interactions with Healthcare Professionals through approved digital channels. • Conduct remote detailing sessions using Veeva Engage, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, approved email, and other company-approved tools. • Build trusted customer relationships through consistent, value-driven engagement. • Adapt communication style and channel mix based on customer needs, preferences, and digital affinity. • Communicate product, disease area, and scientific information clearly and accurately. • Tailor discussions to customer needs while maintaining compliance with local regulations and company policies. • Maintain product knowledge, clinical evidence, market dynamics, and competitor activity awareness. • Execute coordinated omnichannel engagement plans with Sales, Marketing, Medical, and Digital teams. • Support customer journeys through virtual calls, follow-up communications, webinars, and digital content. • Use customer insights and engagement data to improve future interactions. • Achieve agreed engagement, activity, and business objectives. • Maintain accurate customer interaction records in approved CRM systems. • Share customer feedback, market intelligence, and engagement learnings with internal teams. • Partner with field sales, marketing, medical affairs, and digital marketing teams. • Contribute to best-practice sharing and continuous improvement. • Support adoption of new digital capabilities and customer engagement models.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, Science, or a related healthcare field. • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Ability to build relationships and influence through virtual channels. • High digital literacy and comfort using CRM, collaboration, and digital engagement platforms. • Self-motivated, well organized, and able to manage customer engagement remotely. • Strong understanding of compliance requirements in pharmaceutical promotion. • Preferred: Experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical promotion, inside sales, customer engagement, or digital marketing. • Preferred: Experience using Veeva CRM, Veeva Engage, Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or similar platforms. • Preferred: Familiarity with omnichannel customer engagement strategies.
