📋 Description

• Evolve an Internal Developer Platform that enables teams to securely deploy and operate their applications autonomously • Design the platform infrastructure architecture in a multi-cloud environment, with a particular focus on GCP • Build and maintain the Internal Developer Platform used by more than 50 internal customers • Support teams in the practical use of delivered solutions and verify their adoption • Participate in two-week build/run rotations • Manage production incidents, monitoring alerts, and complex investigation requests • Maintain service quality standards • Help teams resolve their issues and increase their autonomy • Present platform enhancements and support users • Collaborate with Development, Product, Data, AI, and Security/Compliance teams • Participate in incident diagnosis during the technical practical assessment

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in infrastructure, SRE, or Platform Engineering in a demanding production environment • In-depth expertise with at least one CSP, including the management and optimization of managed services such as Kubernetes, Object Storage, Databases, Message Buses, and KMS • Strong experience with infrastructure as code using Terraform/Terragrunt • Experience automating infrastructure, orchestrating containers, and using FluxCD • Significant experience with VictoriaMetrics, Grafana, and the EFK stack • Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues in a cloud-native environment • Experience working in distributed teams • Experience in a scale-up, regulated environment, or infrastructure supporting multiple SaaS products is a plus • Practical use of artificial intelligence tools in the workplace is a plus • Excellent communication skills are a plus • Ability to work independently in a fully remote team • Clear written communication, a willingness to share information in writing, and the ability to ask for help • Interest in development teams’ needs and product and business challenges • Passion for emerging cloud technologies and industry trends • GitHub username and completion of certain technical prerequisites before the practical assessment • Reference checks at the end of the recruitment process
