📋 Description

• Oversee development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of Epic Bridges interfaces and HL7/FHIR-based integrations. • Manage and mentor a team of Epic Bridges analysts, ensuring best practices in interface development. • Supervise design, configuration, and maintenance of data interfaces for reliable performance. • Facilitate data exchange between Epic and external applications using HL7, FHIR, and APIs. • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to meet integration and reporting requirements. • Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory standards. • Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations. • Drive system upgrades, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and change control processes for supported systems. • Lead business intelligence efforts, including dashboards, reports, and data extracts within Epic

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required. • Proven leadership experience managing technical teams. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Expertise in Epic Bridges, HL7, FHIR, and interface engine technologies. • Advanced proficiency in SQL, data warehousing, and data modeling. • Experience with Epic Cogito tools (Clarity, Caboodle, Reporting Workbench). • Familiarity with reporting tools (Crystal Reports, Power BI). • Prior experience in healthcare IT environments. • Epic certifications preferred.
