📋 Description
• Provide 1:1 virtual physiotherapy consultations to patients enrolled in our 12-week Better Health Programs • Support patients in developing and maintaining safe, accessible, and effective physical activity routines tailored to their needs and goals • Educate and motivate patients around movement, injury prevention, posture, and body mechanics • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, dietitians, and counsellors • Participate in training to become confident in delivering care using our lifestyle medicine framework
🎯 Requirements
• Registered Physiotherapist licensed to practice in Ontario • Training and/or experience in lifestyle medicine, exercise prescription, behavioural change, or motivational interviewing • Training/experience with chronic conditions – Type 2 Diabetes and Metabolic Syndrome • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Comfortable with technology and delivering virtual care • Able to work independently and within a collaborative team setting
