📋 Description
• Maintain organized case files and track deadlines • Draft legal documents (pleadings, discovery, financial disclosures, wills, powers of attorney, estate filings) • Communicate with clients, courts, and outside parties under attorney supervision • Prepare and submit court filings (including e-filing) • Conduct legal research and assist with hearing, mediation, and settlement preparation
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience as a paralegal • Strong organizational and communication skills • Proficient with legal software, Microsoft Office, and court filing systems • Reliable, proactive, and self-motivated • Able to work focused, distraction-free during business hours • Seeking steady part-time work (approx. 20 hours/week)
