📋 Description
• Conduct in-person onsite home consultations and property evaluations • Capture high-quality photos and document property conditions • Complete structured assessment reports based on your independent expert evaluation of the properties using provided guidelines and templates • Maintain professional and responsive communication and interactions with Hosts • Coordinate scheduling and availability through MediaBox and email communication • Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports following each consultation
🎯 Requirements
• Preferred but not required: background in hospitality, customer service, interior design, real estate, or related fields • Flexible schedule • You have reliable transportation and a willingness to travel to assigned locations • You own a phone or tablet that can be used to complete reports and upload photos • Amazing communication skills • Strong attention to details • Proficient in written and spoken English • Tech-comfortable and able to complete reports via a stable internet connection • You are located within 1 hour driving distance from the job post location you are applying for
