📋 Description

• Provide hands-on configuration and functional support across multiple Workday Financials domains. • Support production issues, investigate defects, and deliver timely resolutions. • Perform ongoing configuration, enhancements, optimization, and process-improvement work. • Translate business requirements into effective Workday Financials solutions. • Design solutions that are scalable and aligned with long-term platform health. • Shift across functional areas based on changing business priorities and workload. • Partner with Finance, Accounting, and cross-functional business stakeholders. • Help reduce operational backlog and improve responsiveness to business needs. • Integrate quickly into an experienced, high-performing Workday team.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday Financials experience. • Strong understanding of end-to-end financial processes within Workday. • Demonstrated hands-on expertise in Workday Financial Accounting. • Hands-on experience with Workday Expenses. • Hands-on experience with Workday Business Assets. • Working experience with Banking and Settlement. • Experience supporting both production operations and project-based configuration work. • Experience troubleshooting defects and resolving Workday Financials production issues. • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment. • Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking capabilities. • Experience delivering scalable solutions rather than temporary fixes.

🏖️ Benefits

• Remote contract open to candidates located in LATAM only. • Candidates must be available to work during CST/EST-aligned U.S. business hours. • Full-time engagement at approximately 40 hours per week. • Expected start is as soon as possible. • Contract is expected to continue through March 31, 2027.
