📋 Description

• Develop effective creative strategies tailored to premium customer goals and Liftoff's commercial objectives. • Deliver quarterly planning for creative campaigns, including milestone setting and creative goal alignment. • Lead and participate in brainstorming sessions to generate high-impact creative concepts that address customer-specific needs. • Analyze creative performance data to extract actionable insights and optimize strategy using Looker and other internal tools. • Pitch creative recommendations as upsell opportunities. • Build and maintain deep relationships with strategic customers, acting as a trusted creative advisor. • Partner with Revenue and internal teams to align creative strategy with broader account strategies. • Design narratives and presentations that proficiently showcase creative insights, trends, and strategies through visual and verbal communication. • Proactively manage customer and internal expectations through regular updates and high-touch touchpoints. • Leverage internal resources and documentation to improve transparency and alignment. • Manage projects autonomously, ensuring timely delivery and quality across multiple campaigns. • Coordinate ad production deliverables with internal design teams and client stakeholders • Demonstrate robust organization and multitasking abilities in a dynamic environment. • Identify areas for process improvement or tooling and provide thoughtful recommendations. • Contribute to playbooks and knowledge-sharing that support the rollout of successful premium strategies. • Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and collaboration. • Share insights, case studies, and customer wins with the broader team to foster best practices. • Stay informed on industry trends and contribute to internal enablement efforts.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in creative strategy, digital marketing, or performance advertising. • Experience managing high-value customer relationships and performance-driven creative planning. • Well-developed project management and prioritization skills. • Exemplary written and verbal communication, including presentation skills. • Knowledge of digital performance metrics and campaign analysis. Including familiarity with Looker, Tableau, and Excel/GSheets. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
