📋 Description

• Define and own the long-term strategy for Supply Intelligence, aligning with the overall SDK, exchange, and company objectives. • Establish frameworks and standards for auction insights, ensuring consistent methodologies across traffic shaping, mediation, and other levers. • Work hand-in-hand with Programmatic Exchange Commercial to align auction intelligence with publisher-facing strategies, ensuring revenue protection while supporting growth negotiations. • Partner with Product and Engineering to align roadmap decisions with business objectives through data-driven insights. • Drive joint initiatives with GTM and Finance to maximize revenue and market share. • Oversee investigations into auction-level performance fluctuations, triage technical and commercial issues, and communicate findings to senior stakeholders. • Protect revenue by designing monitoring systems and processes that detect anomalies early and ensure rapid resolution. • Lead and grow a team of analysts, providing coaching on technical rigor, problem-solving, and business context. • Represent Supply Intelligence in senior leadership forums, synthesizing auction complexity into actionable strategic recommendations. • Foster a culture of scalable, reproducible analytics by standardizing workflows, dashboards, and reporting pipelines.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: B.A./B.S. in Economics, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields. Master’s degree preferred. • Experience: 8+ years in analytics or strategy, with 4+ years leading teams; AdTech or auction-based marketplace experience strongly preferred. • Technical: Mastery of SQL and experience with large-scale data systems (BigQuery, Snowflake, Trino). Python skills for data manipulation and automation preferred. • Business Acumen: Proven track record of connecting technical insights to strategic business outcomes. • Leadership: Demonstrated success leading multi-disciplinary teams and influencing senior leadership decisions. • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills, able to synthesize technical complexity into clear business narratives.
