🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in higher education administration, career services, and/or assessment • Excel wizard, adept with data, and experience with survey administration using Qualtrics, Alchemer, or similar tools • Passion for using data to tell stories and drive decisions • Excellent communicator who builds strong, trusted relationships • Comfortable balancing multiple workstreams and building process where it’s needed • Attention to detail for managing survey projects with lots of moving parts
