📋 Description

• Upholds and maintains the Company, mission, and values (called the Lightfully “Shining Commitments”). • Supports clients’ psychological safety. • Accounts for attendance and execution of missing person protocol and informs leadership as necessary. • Completes accurate and timely documentation for groups. • Ensures that documentation accurately reflects all changes in the client’s condition and notifies clinical staff of any noteworthy observations (e.g., psychological, and emotional symptoms, non-compliance in programming, and behavior usage). • Schedules and conducts bi-weekly meetings with clients to plan for discharge, establish an outpatient team, and provide discharge resources. • Collaborates with therapists during treatment team meetings to update them on clients' outpatient needs and concerns. • Provides one-on-one assistance to clients in crisis as directed by the clinical team and the client’s plan of care. • Supports clients in navigating the virtual platforms used. • Assists with clients in a pleasant, professional, and efficient manner. Seeks assistance from licensed staff when needed. • Performs all other duties assigned by the supervisor.

🎯 Requirements

• Must pass an extensive background check. • Must have the availability to work program specific hours. • Must have the ability to secure reliable WIFI. • Basic computer literacy in Microsoft Office programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Ability to navigate Electronic Medical Record systems. • Basic knowledge of general office equipment is required. • Ability to speak English fluently is a requirement; the ability to speak Spanish is preferred. • Ability to communicate and write clearly and professionally is required. • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
