📋 Description

• Own finance business partnership with VPs, and C-level stakeholders, providing sound fiscal insights that help achieve strategic plans • Prepare and present deliverables to C-suite • Build financial models, annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and monthly outlooks to support decision-making across the organisation, providing guidance to business partners and ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial plans • Partner with the business to provide insights and recommendations to drive revenue growth and optimise profitability • Manage the P&L for the business by analysing the financial and operating results, identifying areas for improvement and driving cost optimization efforts • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to help drive more accurate forecasting and planning. • Support other FP&A leaders to develop long term strategies • Support and/or develop a network of other cross functional contacts within the business to anticipate and plan for changes to revenue generation strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance • 10+ years in progressive financial analysis experience • Expert knowledge in Excel is a must • Experience with developing, maintaining and reporting results of a P&L • Experience as a finance business partner supporting senior leadership • Experience working in Consulting, Accounting firm is preferred • Experience managing teams • Strong and effective verbal and written communication in English to interact with all levels of management. As a global company with employees and clients outside of Quebec, fluency in English as a working language is required for this position.
