📋 Description

• Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to influence product strategy through deep analytical insights and decision frameworks • Lead ambiguous and high-impact analytical initiatives end-to-end, from problem definition through recommendation and implementation • Build analytical models and frameworks that optimize trade-offs across risk, pricing, conversion, profitability, and customer outcomes • Design and evaluate experiments, including pricing and conversion optimization initiatives • Translate complex business problems into structured analytical approaches and measurable success criteria • Identify product opportunities, operational inefficiencies, and strategic insights through deep analysis of large-scale transactional and product datasets • Deliver executive-level recommendations and influence roadmap decisions using data • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Finance, and GTM teams to operationalize data-informed decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced SQL and strong analytical skills working with large-scale product or transactional datasets • Python for analytics, experimentation, statistical analysis, or modeling • Product analytics, experimentation, and decision science methodologies • Building analytical frameworks that drive business and product decisions • Leading cross-functional analytical initiatives independently • Translating ambiguous business questions into structured analysis and actionable recommendations • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence Product and Engineering teams • Data visualization and storytelling experience using tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar BI platforms • Experience working within product organizations at technology or fintech companies • Nice to have: Experience in fintech, lending, payments, or risk-related domains • Nice to have: Experience in Data Science, predictive modeling, or optimization problems
