📋 Description
• Translate content between Polish and Latvian while preserving cultural nuance and clarity • Edit and refine language content for accuracy, tone, and contextual relevance across digital platforms • Apply current language standards, usage trends, and best practices • Evaluate and provide structured feedback to improve language model quality • Collaborate with Production and cross-functional teams to localize content for language-speaking markets • Support content development, localization, and quality assurance for digital tools and applications • Creatively adapt text beyond the source when transcreation is required • Complete application, testing, payment setup, and onboarding steps if selected
🎯 Requirements
• Native-level proficiency in the target language(s) • Graduate qualification in translation, linguistics, or language studies, OR graduate qualification in another field plus 2 years of full-time professional translation experience, OR 5 years of full-time professional translation experience • Ability to follow terminology and reference materials precisely • Updated CV/resume in English • Reliable availability and commitment; most tasks require a minimum of 2 hours per day or 10 hours per week • Ability to work as an independent 1099 contractor • Must reside in an eligible location and not be located in regions subject to international embargoes or sanctions • Ability to complete a domain-specific test if required
