📋 Description

• Create realistic, domain-specific finance tasks in the target language reflecting local finance practices • Adapt and apply scoring rubrics to evaluate AI-generated and human responses • Review and score submissions for accuracy, regulatory alignment, and professional quality • Provide expert feedback • Contribute to high-quality “gold standard” solutions • Participate in an AI benchmarking project shaping how AI understands and performs in language-specific financial environments • Complete onboarding and join the Production team

🎯 Requirements

• Native in the target language (Arabic GCC) with strong professional English proficiency • 5+ years of experience in Finance or Financial Services • Experience may include structuring, compliance, audit, risk, or investment analysis • Strong knowledge of target locale financial products and frameworks • Familiarity with target locale regulatory environments, including central banks, capital market authorities, and tax/zakat frameworks • Ability to write and evaluate professional-grade financial content in the target language • High attention to detail • Reliable availability and commitment • Most tasks require a minimum of 2 hours per day or 10 hours per week • Must be able to work as an independent 1099 contractor • Contractors cannot be engaged in regions subject to international embargoes or sanctions • Responsible for own tax obligations • English-language resume/C.V. required for application • Register in Tipalti for payment processing
