📋 Description

• Design realistic healthcare and social assistance scenarios in the target language reflecting the target locale clinical and administrative settings. • Develop structured evaluation rubrics for assessing clinical reasoning, administrative accuracy, and patient safety considerations. • Review and score AI and human-generated responses for medical correctness, operational feasibility, and communication quality. • Contribute to "gold standard" answers aligned with best practices in healthcare delivery and patient safety. • Ensure cultural and contextual appropriateness in target language healthcare environments, including hospital workflows and regulatory expectations.

🎯 Requirements

• Native target language with strong professional English proficiency. • 5+ years of professional experience in healthcare or social assistance sectors. • Background in one or more relevant roles: Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, Medical/Health Services Manager, Medical Secretary, Administrative Supervisor in healthcare settings. • Strong understanding of clinical workflows, healthcare administration, and patient care standards. • Ability to evaluate accuracy, safety implications, and operational realism in healthcare-related content.
