📋 Description

• Design realistic retail trade scenarios in Korean or English grounded in Korean operational contexts • Adapt structured evaluation rubrics for operational problem-solving, customer interactions, retail decision-making, and compliance-related tasks • Review AI- and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, policy compliance, customer service quality, and operational realism • Contribute gold-standard solutions reflecting best practices across Korean retail, pharmacy, and commercial operations • Complete onboarding and join the Production team

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level Korean with strong professional English proficiency • 5+ years of professional experience in Retail, Store Operations, Pharmacy Operations, Commercial Management, Loss Prevention, or Retail Investigations • Background in one or more relevant roles: Retail Sales Supervision, Store or Operations Management, Pharmacist or Pharmacy Operations, Retail Security, Loss Prevention, Fraud Investigation, Customer Experience, or Multi-Branch Retail Operations • Strong understanding of customer service workflows, retail operations, compliance procedures, inventory management, and Korean retail environments • Reliable availability and commitment to quality work and on-time delivery • Most tasks require a minimum of 2 hours per day or 10 hours per week • Must submit an English-language resume/C.V. • Must register in Tipalti for payment processing • Geographic restrictions may apply; contractors cannot be engaged in regions subject to international embargoes or sanctions • Contractors are solely responsible for their own tax obligations
