📋 Description
• Verify patient clinical information, ensuring compliance with program guidelines. • Ensure data is categorized correctly. • Fill in missing information within documentation when necessary. • Report discrepancies or flag any issues for further review. • Review and follow up on any missing items within the patient chart. • Monitor chart data live to ensure accuracy and completeness. • Take ownership of the dashboard, ensuring it is consistently updated and accurate.
🎯 Requirements
• Registered Nurse • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Familiarity using Point Click Care • Exceptional eye for detail and accuracy • Familiarity with medical terminology • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes • Strong sense of urgency and dedication to completing tasks on time
