• Build and establish the company’s business intelligence and reporting infrastructure. • Develop and maintain recurring weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages for internal leadership and external clients. • Consolidate and analyze data from multiple systems, spreadsheets, databases, and operational platforms. • Translate complex datasets into clear narratives that drive action and business outcomes. • Identify trends, patterns, gaps, forecasting opportunities, and performance drivers across the organization. • Design and maintain executive dashboards and visual reporting using Power BI. • Create compelling visual presentations and data storytelling tools for client-facing and leadership meetings. • Develop KPI scorecards and performance measurement frameworks. • Standardize reporting methodologies and visualization best practices. • Partner with Operations to monitor delivery performance and operational efficiency. • Support Finance with financial reporting, forecasting, productivity analytics, and business performance metrics. • Collaborate with Marketing to analyze campaign performance, pipeline trends, and growth opportunities. • Support Talent Acquisition with recruiting analytics, workforce planning, sourcing effectiveness, and staffing metrics. • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership by presenting recommendations supported by data. • Establish reporting standards, documentation, and data integrity processes. • Improve data quality and automate manual reporting processes where possible. • Recommend tools, workflows, and technologies to mature the analytics function. • Build scalable reporting solutions to support company growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field. • 5+ years of progressive experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or data visualization. • Advanced expertise in Power BI including: Dashboard creation, Data modeling, DAX calculations, Interactive reporting, Executive visualization • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including: Pivot tables, Power Query, Advanced formulas, Data modeling and automation • Experience integrating and analyzing multiple data sources. • Demonstrated ability to present findings to executive leadership and clients. • Strong business storytelling and presentation skills.
