📋 Description

• Provide subject matter guidance to a group of 20–25 undergraduate online students • Support students in academic writing, research and time management • Conduct one-to-one sessions for doubt resolution, academic guidance and assessment draft reviews • Guide students toward relevant reference material • Mark assessments and provide long-form feedback • Manage discussion forums • Provide proactive, prompt and personalised support for student queries and issues • Interact with students via email, calls and online sessions • Support students in analysing trade unions, management and state roles • Help students apply employment legislation to workplace scenarios • Help students evaluate negotiation processes and understand economic implications of workplace relations

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced online educator (LINC Fellow) • Strong knowledge of employment and workplace relations • Expertise in employment relations frameworks, workplace negotiations, industrial disputes, and relevant employment legislation • At least 3+ years of teaching experience at a leading university or college and/or professional experience in the relevant fields within the last 5 years • Formal teaching experience at a university or college preferred • Masters or Bachelors Degree with distinction or first-class from a top university in India • Empathetic, ambitious, warm and outgoing personality willing to work closely with people from diverse cultures • Proficient in English with excellent oral and written communication • Working laptop • High-speed stable internet connection exceeding 10 MBPS • Ability to learn and use technology platforms, including the host university’s LMS and LINCtrac • Availability between 12 pm and 6 pm every day
