• Lead functional implementation and configuration of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) • Design and enable Redwood-based UI transformations across HCM modules • Configure and support Core HR (Workforce Structures, Assignments, Legal Entities, Person Management) • Configure Absence Management (for applicable roles): absence types, accrual plans, eligibility profiles • Conduct client workshops, requirement gathering, and solution design sessions • Prepare and manage: BRD / FSD documentation • Configuration documents • SIT / UAT test cases • Support data migration activities using HDL / HCM Extracts / FBDI • Manage migration of setup changes between environments • Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and reporting • Perform quarterly patch impact analysis • Support stakeholders in UK/EU time zones
• 5–10+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM Functional experience • Strong implementation expertise in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) • Redwood UI • Core HR • Absence module expertise (for Option 2 role) • At least 1–2 end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation projects • Strong understanding of security roles • Business objects • HCM workflows • Configuration and personalization • Excellent client-facing communication skills
