• Provide structured academic support to Australia-based undergraduate students enrolled in Master's programs • Provide personalised guidance and high-quality feedback • Support students in an online learning environment • Interact with students using the host university's LMS and LINCtrac • Mark student work according to student needs and marking load • Collaborate with global faculty and academic teams
• Experience as a professional suitable for supporting undergraduate students enrolled in Master's programs • Reliable infrastructure • Stable internet connection of at least 10 Mbps • Ability to quickly learn and use technology platforms, including the host university's LMS and LINCtrac • Personal laptop • Availability 7 days a week • Ability to work 2–3 hours based on student needs and marking load
