📋 Description

• Provide subject matter guidance to a group of 25-30 undergraduate online students • Support learning skills including academic writing, research and time management • Conduct 1:1 and small group tutoring sessions • Guide students toward relevant reference material • Mark assessments and provide long-form feedback • Manage discussion forums • Provide proactive, prompt and personalised support for student queries and issues • Interact with students over email, calls and online sessions

🎯 Requirements

• PG/Doctoral degree with distinction or first-class from a top university in India • At least 5 years of corporate experience and/or teaching experience in relevant fields • Formal teaching experience at a university or college preferred • Proficient in English; excellent oral and written communication • Working laptop • High-speed (>10 MBPS) stable internet connection • Ability to quickly learn and use technology platforms, including the host university’s LMS and LINCtrac • Availability between 2.30 pm and 7 pm IST every day • Strong knowledge of organisational behaviour and human resource management • Expertise in analysing individual and group behaviour within diverse organisational contexts • Ability to support Master’s-level assessments and case-based learning
