• Conduct in-person and/or virtual meetings with Plan Sponsor/Participants to achieve assigned goals and metrics • Meet or exceed established goals by increasing retirement plan participation, deferral rates, and average account balance leading to better participant outcomes and increased revenue & market share with assigned Plan Sponsor/Participant book of business • Develop a comprehensive understanding of existing/targeted Plan Sponsor/Participants including targeted market segments, how they operate, and/or value proposition • Support Relationship Management with retention efforts and look for opportunities to promote other Lincoln services and cross partner with appropriate internal stakeholders • You will support regional RC Directors by taking on additional responsibilities to support regional objectives and RPS goal • Drive asset retention by identifying rollover and distribution opportunities and deliverying IRA solutions that retain assets with Lincoln while supporting participants' long-term retirement goals
• 1 - 3+ Years’ experience in Retirement Plans that aligns with the specific responsibilities • Lives in Dallas, Houston or surrounding areas with the ability to travel up to 50% regionally and nationally • 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) • FINRA SIE, S6, and S63 within 90 days of hire (pre-registration preferred) • Life & Health within 90 days of hire (pre-licensed preferred) • Passion for retirement readiness
