🎯 Requirements

• Support and develop a small team of engineers through regular feedback, mentoring, and coaching • Collaborate with design, product, and founders to scope, prioritize, and deliver projects • Facilitate planning and execution across projects while helping engineers stay unblocked and focused • Ensure code quality and system reliability through reviews, architecture input, and operational excellence • Advocate for and contribute to a strong engineering culture centered on ownership, curiosity, and collaboration • Help define and evolve our engineering practices, hiring standards, and team processes as we grow
