📋 Description

• Create engaging, educational, and entertaining content that inspires users worldwide to learn Eastern European languages. • Develop creative short-form videos that spotlight language learning, culture, and everyday expressions. • Produce 20 short-form videos per month (Reels) that encourage global users to explore Eastern European languages. • Showcase unique linguistic and cultural aspects in a fun and engaging way. • Collaborate with Ling’s creative and marketing teams to align videos with campaign goals, brand tone, and visual identity. • Drive measurable audience growth (views, engagement, and click-throughs to Ling). • Drive Installs & Activations by publishing high-performing short-form videos. • Analyze engagement metrics and identify patterns in top-performing content. • Partner with social media managers, marketers, and copywriters to ensure cohesive visual storytelling.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as a social media content creator or influencer. • Portfolio or social media handles showcasing previous short-form content. • Passion for language learning, education, or cross-cultural communication. • Preferred: Experience working remotely with international teams. • Background in communications, linguistics, or media. • Proven experience creating short-form content for TikTok, Reels, or YouTube Shorts. • Confident on-camera presence with strong storytelling ability. • Familiarity with social media trends and how to adapt them to educational or cultural content. • Basic editing skills using CapCut, InShot, or similar apps. • Fluent in English and at least one Eastern European language (e.g., Serbian, Croatian, Polish, Czech, etc.). • Preferred: Experience working with international or educational brands. • Understanding of basic marketing metrics (views, CTR, engagement). • Knowledge of AI tools (Runway, Descript, Opus Clip, etc.) for repurposing and editing.
