📋 Description
• Own the Thai course entirely: quality, consistency, scope, and roadmap • Design a best-in-class Thai curriculum • Establish curriculum design principles and content standards • Write and review conversations, vocabulary sets, grammar notes, and cultural insights • Manage audio production workflows • Collaborate with product, engineering, and other language specialists • Potentially take on a leadership role within the language team
🎯 Requirements
• Native Thai speaker with deep intuition for natural, contemporary usage • English at C2 or near-native level • Experience in edtech, curriculum development, instructional design, or language teaching • Comfort working in a fast-paced startup where priorities shift and autonomy is expected • Understanding that Ling is a tech product • Strong pluses: Knowledge of or genuine interest in related Asian languages • Hands-on experience with Narakeet, Firebase, or Lokalise • Familiarity with CEFR frameworks • Background teaching Thai to foreigners or designing materials for adult learners • Knowledge of tonal language pedagogy
