📋 Description

• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to meet business needs • Facilitate requirements workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather, analyze, and define business requirements and current-state processes • Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and testable acceptance criteria • Govern requirements to keep them current, aligned, and consistent at all levels • Map business processes, data flows, and source-to-target or source-to-report relationships • Define KPI measures, formulas, dimensions, filters, exception rules, and data-quality rules • Document and maintain data catalogs, business glossaries, and metadata • Advise clients and stakeholders on optimal solutions meeting business requirements • Lead UAT planning, test-case preparation, defect triage, and business sign-off • Coordinate user participation in testing, deployment, and implementation activities

🎯 Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • Prior experience as an IT Business Analyst • Problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills • Good interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes • Ability to work in a dynamic, changing environment and under time pressure • Experience with project management methodologies and software development processes • Proficiency in data analysis tools • SAP tables and process knowledge in Sales, Finance, RD&E, or Sustainability domains is nice to have • Databricks SQL or another cloud data platform is nice to have • dbt documentation and tests is nice to have • Data lineage or catalog tools such as Unity Catalog is nice to have • Basic API/file-interface understanding is nice to have • GitHub Copilot, Claude skills, or equivalent reusable AI instructions/workflows are preferred • Domain knowledge in Sales, Insights & Innovation, Supply Chain, Finance, or HQ - RD&E and Sustainability; relevant SAP modules and PLM knowledge preferred
