📋 Description

• Provide disciplinary and functional leadership for the Health Operations Logistics team • Set clear goals and priorities, provide regular feedback, and support individual development • Manage team performance using KPIs, OKRs, data analysis, and forecasts • Develop performance metrics and trend analyses, and identify bottlenecks and error patterns • Quantify automation potential and support OKR initiatives • Own the timely end-to-end delivery of course and exam logistics • Ensure courses start on time and AZAV guidelines are followed • Plan team capacity based on volumes, deadlines, and dependencies • Standardize workflows, maintain SOPs, and improve data quality • Use AI-powered features responsibly to increase efficiency • Manage risks and escalations, and derive preventive measures from incidents • Collaborate cross-functionally with Course Setup & Service, Sales, Key Account Management, Product, the Application Team, Quality Management, Exam Planning, and external partners • Translate new requirements into concrete processes and track them as Project Lead • Actively contribute to change initiatives and organizational development

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in the disciplinary management of operational or administrative teams • Experience with change management processes, ideally involving the restructuring of teams and roles • Experience managing teams through performance metrics and confident use of standard tools, such as HubSpot, planning spreadsheets, CRM systems, or ticketing systems • Proactive working style, with the ability to identify risks and bottlenecks early and implement improvements independently • Experience working cross-functionally, for example with Sales, Key Account Management, Product, or Quality Management • Experience using AI-powered tools • Strong organizational skills, a structured approach to work, and a high degree of reliability, including under pressure • Fluent German (C1/C2) and English (C1) • Clear, respectful communication and genuine enthusiasm for helping people develop • Experience in education, healthcare, or operational services is an advantage • Practical experience with process optimization or workflow automation is an advantage • Experience working in a growing company is an advantage
