📋 Description

• Own operations from order management and Jira through to customer-facing processes • Develop operations toward comprehensive automation • Transform business processes into standardized, tool-supported services across departments • Build monitoring for campaigns, funnels, and channels • Create management dashboards for operational decision-making • Establish company-wide standards and reusable automation components • Roll out automation standards across the team, including enabling and training colleagues • Lead the Automation Developer • Serve as the point of contact for executive management, Marketing, Support, and Sales on processes and automation • Provide management with reliable, accurate data

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in operations, process management, or business automation, ideally in a fast-growing environment • Proven experience automating business processes • End-to-end mindset with a focus on business outcomes • Proficiency with modern tool stacks such as Jira, HubSpot, and Microsoft 365, or comparable tools • Experience deploying AI workflows in production, or the willingness to do so • Understanding of marketing metrics and the ability to derive actionable insights for business management • Leadership experience or a clear ambition to take on leadership responsibilities • Confident communication at executive-management level • Clear and effective communication in German • Proficiency in English
