📋 Description

• Work directly alongside the Account Executive in day-to-day operations • Independently manage customer relationships when providing coverage • Translate customer requirements into concrete internal actions • Capture, assess, and communicate customer needs to the team • Prepare detailed proposals • Plan meetings and presentations • Coordinate multiple customers and projects simultaneously while maintaining an overview • Maintain the CRM system • Prepare reports and organize data • Continuously improve internal processes

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree in a technical or business-related field • Practical experience in Inside Sales / Sales Operations • Basic knowledge of agile project organization • Professional experience in an IT environment or, ideally but not necessarily, in the Microsoft Cloud ecosystem • Strong communication and diplomatic skills • Fluent written and spoken German and English
