📋 Description

• Work directly alongside the Account Executive and support them in day-to-day operations • Independently manage customer relationships on an equal footing when providing cover • Translate customer requirements into concrete internal actions • Listen to customers, assess their requirements, and communicate them to the team • Prepare detailed proposals • Plan meetings and presentations • Coordinate multiple customers and projects simultaneously • Maintain the CRM system • Prepare reports and process data • Continuously improve internal processes

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree in a technical or business-related field • Practical experience in Inside Sales / Sales Operations • Basic knowledge of agile project organization • Professional experience in an IT environment or the Microsoft Cloud ecosystem is preferred but not required • Strong communication and diplomacy skills • Fluent written and spoken German and English
