📋 Description

• Manage and coordinate the forecasting process and commercial business planning • Organize and facilitate the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process • Prepare analyses, dashboards and management reports • Analyze business developments and identify opportunities, risks and areas for improvement • Further develop and optimize commercial processes according to LEAN principles • Implement automation and digitalization initiatives • Introduce, use and continuously improve commercial systems and digital tools • Ensure consistent reporting standards based on high data quality • Support the Country General Manager and Sales Managers with business reviews, performance analyses and management presentations • Collaborate with regional and global Commercial Excellence, Pricing, Marketing and Supply Chain teams on international initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Natural Sciences, Life Sciences or a comparable qualification • Solid professional experience in Commercial Operations, Sales, Commercial Excellence or a comparable function • Experience in forecasting, sales planning or integrated business planning processes • Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of business relationships • Advanced user knowledge of Power BI, Salesforce (SFDC), SAP and modern AI-powered applications for data analysis and process optimization • Strong communication and organizational skills and experience managing cross-functional projects • Initiative and a solution-oriented way of working • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
