📋 Description

• Analyze and resolve issues related to Network Detection and Response components, endpoint security solutions, cloud integrations, and risk scanners • Ensure the global sensor infrastructure and data collection operate flawlessly • Collaborate with Engineering/R&D to resolve product-related issues • Perform professional analysis and troubleshooting of globally deployed components • Work daily with customers and internal teams • Assist in designing and implementing security solutions for customers • Support various teams with questions regarding the backend of the Arctic Wolf security platform • Triage customer inquiries • Apply playbook-based solutions • Document newly identified issues and track them through to resolution • Handle customer-reported issues through to resolution

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline OR completed IT vocational training with at least 2–3 years of experience in the IT industry • Good fundamental knowledge of networking • Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems as well as Active Directory • German and English language skills at C1 level • Good understanding of DHCP, DNS, and VLANs • Experience working in a Network Operations Center • Basic knowledge of PowerShell, Bash, or other scripting languages • Advantageous: CCNA, Network+ or equivalent • Desirable experience with network routing and switching • Desirable experience with virtual environments such as VMware or Hyper-V • Desirable experience with firewalls and IDS/IPS • Desirable experience with Linux, Windows, and macOS operating systems • Desirable experience with cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure • Preferred: MCSE or Active Directory MCP certification • Desirable experience with deployment tools such as GPO, SCCM, Intune, or Jamf • Preferred: Security+ certification • Willingness to undergo background check • Compliance with AWN information security policies, standards, and processes • Possible access to US export-controlled information; an offer of employment may be conditional on approval for access
