📋 Description

• Handling cases in policy administration with a focus on property and legal expense insurance for private customers • Outbound telephone calls related to contracts • Support in test management • Collaboration with our service providers • Contributing to continuous process design and improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial/vocational training, preferably in the insurance industry • Professional experience in customer service for property and legal expense insurance • Strong customer and service orientation • Confident communication skills • Enthusiasm for new technologies and proficient use of common IT systems and communication tools • Team- and solution-oriented work approach • Excellent German language skills, spoken and written
