• Handling cases in policy administration with a focus on property and legal expenses insurance for private customers • Outbound calling related to contract matters • Participation in test management • Collaboration with our service providers • Contributing to continuous process design and improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial training, preferably in the insurance sector • Professional experience in customer service for property and legal expenses insurance • Strong customer and service orientation • Confident communication skills • Enthusiasm for new technologies and proficient use of common IT systems and communication tools • Team- and solution-oriented approach • Very good German language skills, spoken and written
