📋 Description
• Provide remote training to adults with complex communication needs • Perform initial consultations to determine course of AAC device trial • Assist clients in customizing their Lingraphica device • Ensure documentation of all customer interactions within the company CRM
🎯 Requirements
• Masters in Speech Language Pathology, required • SLP license, required • 3 years min. AAC clinical experience in adult speech pathology, required • Tele-practice experience, preferred • Exceptional customer service
