📋 Description

• Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and analytical needs across product usage, customer journeys, and business performance. • Analyze data from trials, intakes, sales, therapy engagement, and marketing campaigns to uncover trends and opportunities. • Deliver clear, actionable dashboards and reports using Power BI and other tools. • Collaborate with data engineering on ETL pipelines, data modeling, and semantic layer design. • Document metric definitions, data sources, and assumptions to promote trust and transparency. • Support product managers with insights from Amplitude, including funnel analysis, retention, and user behavior. • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and data governance standards, including PHI/PII handling and access controls.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, BI, or analytics roles. • Experience with Amplitude or similar product analytics platforms. • Understanding of data governance, privacy, and compliance in regulated industries (healthcare experience a plus). • Advanced SQL skills; experience with data modeling and transformation tools. • Proficiency in BI tools (PowerBI preferred; Tableau or Looker also welcome). • Strong business acumen and experience working with cross-functional teams. • Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (AWS and/or Azure). • Excellent communication skills—able to translate complex data into clear insights.
