• You lead our editorial team • You proactively approach new publishers • You negotiate prices, terms and placements • You maintain your portfolio of publishers • You take responsibility for these areas • You know your KPIs inside out and actively work to optimize them

🎯 Requirements

• Strong negotiation skills and a genuine enjoyment of proactively engaging with people • An independent, data-driven way of working • Strong organizational skills and reliability, even when managing many parallel processes • Very good German and confident English for international publishers • Experience in procurement, partner/account management, sales or SEO is a plus • More important to us are initiative and negotiation strength • Career changers are absolutely welcome
