📋 Description

• Build and review credit policies with a focus on mitigating delinquency/defaults. • Analyze internal and external data to define lending criteria and decision rules. • Collaborate with partner areas such as Product, Compliance, Legal, and Data. • Ensure regulatory compliance and the efficiency of applied models.

🎯 Requirements

• Proactive, inquisitive and solution-oriented profile. • Experience with credit policies in fintechs, banks or similar institutions. • Knowledge of credit models, scoring and credit bureau variables. • Strong communication skills and the ability to support decisions with data. • Experience with analytical tools (SQL, Python, SAS or R). • Continuous updating on the credit market and risk behavior.
