• Support Skydio customers with our self-hosted products. • Assist the customer in planning and writing integrations between their internal systems and our drone management software. • Debug and troubleshoot outages, wherever and whenever they occur. • Build out our on-prem lab in California, including organizing the hardware, building trial-and-evaluation flyaway kits, and testing. • Be a key member of the product team, informing the form factors and menu of options for our on-prem offerings.
• 4+ years experience with Linux system administration, including host configuration, patching, networking, and debugging typical system health issues. • Experience with building and racking servers. Mostly applicable to our in-house lab. • Coding experience: working knowledge of REST APIs or similar API boundaries and experience working with customers to implement and test integrations (basic scripting, testing, documentation). • Comfortable communicating directly with customers. • US Person required for working at US government facilities. • Ability to travel 40% of the time. • Ability to acquire Part 107 certificate (for flying UAS)
